History, present, future

IN-Group history is dated to period-time of constitution of the Invest Company at the beginning of 90-ties. This limited company started with business venture in spheres as building production and building maintenance for chemical combine Duslo Šaľa and local region. Already, these first steps were submitted to corporate strategy of permanent development, yearly investing to systematic expansion, phased activities diversification that have created synergetic effect, as more complexly offer and realizations of difficult complete industrial plants. Every year we planed new targets that reflected society and market situations. Now, we can say that our sketched designs were executed.

From small company with local importance in the past, today is IN-Group the one of most important building companies in Slovakia. Our group employs more then 600 personnel and tenders services for realizations of civic, housing and industrial structures, manufactures of precast ferroconcrete structures, hall systems, concrete pavements and the others concrete structural elements, also delivery of complex mechanic-technological units, productions of apparatus for chemical, energy and building industries, manufacture of steel structures and building material trade.

Attained results show evidence about it. Thanks to consolidated balances within last years, IN-Group is placed on third place between Best Building Organizations in Slovakia TOP 60.

By the retrospection of the most important milestones of the company and IN-Group developments is necessary to list following:

1992 constitution of the company 1994 construction of 1. phase of the concrete pavement production 1998 acquisition - mechanical plant; manufacture application of the apparatus for chemical and energy industries; production of steel structures; mechanic-technological installations; constitution of the leasing company L-Invest, Ltd. 1999 surrender of the property shares of Stavmat plus, Ltd. and Stavmat plus CZ, Inc. - companies deal with building material trade 2000 construction of 2. phase of the concrete pavement production 2002 transformation of Invest, Ltd. and change of business name to INVEST IN, Inc. with registered mark "IN" that express membership to the group changes of the business names to Stavmat IN, Ltd. and Stavmat IN CZ, Inc. constitution of the Precasting plant and production application of bar, wall and ceiling precasting elements. 2003 constitution of the company IN VEST, Ltd. 2004 construction of 3. phase of the concrete pavement production

Thanks to the quality of our work in the chemical industry we were awarded the prize "The building of the year 2000". Nitric acid KD III in Duslo a.s. , is the only one of other similar technologies in the world, achieved the designing parameters during the first month from the beginning of the test run.

Company has established quality-controlling system according to STN ISO 9001:2001. The renowned certified company Welding Research Institute - Industrial Institute, Certiweld, Bratislava has certificated this system. Building and machine articles are certificated according to Law nr. 264/1999 and particular technical specifications. Quality-controlling processes for mechanical engineering (production of pressure equipments) are certificated according to ASME Code - Symbol U, U2, S.

The philosophy for further Group development is permanent improvements of quality and services complexity, standing consolidation by acquisitions, consolidation and extension of building material's trade, developing project preparations for housing and civic buildings, looking for strategic partnership with similar business-orientation. For following years we expect production increase not only in Slovakia, but also in Czech Republic. We also try to come out at the markets in Austria and Hungary.
